Every (x,y,z,w) coordinate is a playable vertex. Liberties are only the eight possible 4D axis-neighbors inside the board; no diagonal liberties. A six-face enclosure in one 3D slice is not a capture if the two w-direction liberties remain open. Captures, suicide, superko, and territory use this full 4D graph.
